Dr. Yvonne Rivera-Cruz, MD

1 star because leaving 0 isn't an option. She'll write in her after notes summary all these things she's discussed with the patient but never actually talks to the patient about any of it. She doesn't solve problems, nor care. I tried multiple times visiting but there is no improvement. It is wrong to lie on your notes especially when it comes to helping or lack there of helping your patients health.

I started going to see Dr. Eileen Rivera Cruz for my Fibroids that I have had for o Dr a year and a half. I had to switch from a male doctor Dr. Jaime Abuan because he showed no concern about my fibroids and me bleeding for months at a time. And Dr. Rivera Cruz is no different. She refused to fill out my medical FMLA paperwork stating there was not enough information when all of my records and documentation is available to her because it’s the same office and same practice. This office and practice cares nothing about their patients and their medical needs. All they want is money. They don’t care if you die in their hands or by their hands.

Excellent Doctor, but she left. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Rivera and they told me that she was on vacation. The reality is that she quit and left that practice

The last time I rated this doctor and office I gave it a 5, mostly for Dr Rivera-Cruz. She was a delight, listened to all our problems, understood our problems with our 30 yo autistic son. Since then their office has grown so much, so quickly that they don't have time for their patients. They never answer the phone and even when you leave a message they don't call back until you call 3 times. They don't respond to drug refills and when they finally do, after 2 or 3 calls, they send it to the wrong pharmacy so we have to start all over again. Even Dr. Rivera-Cruz no longer has time for us any more. It is difficult to bring up problems with a doctor, especially when you have an autistic 30 yo who wants to do everything himself but won't tell the doctor the problems he is having. That's when we need a doctor who understands. Dr. Rivera-Cruz used to be that doctor, but she doesn't have the time any more. So that's why my rating has gone down so much. When the office has problems it's… annoying but you can survive it. But when the doctor cannot make time for her patients, well, there's nothing that can be done about that except to find a new doctor.

Dr Rivera-Cruz is the best, but I dont like the staff of this office. Im going to this office just because Dr Rivera is in it.
