Dr Stephenson has been my primary care physician for more than a decade. She has seen me through crucial life-threatening events and illnesses. I am never without a kind, caring shoulder to cry on or an ear to listen, with eyes to get to the root of the problem. One reviewer claims to be a physician but I am not so sure about this. I have a feeling it is someone who has never seen Dr. S. and has no idea whom they are speaking about. This Dr has time for everyone and doesn’t leave unless every question has been asked and answered. If the chart was examined in front of the patient that is no indication that the chart was not reviewed. As there a number of ways to view a chart from digital to paper at the Nurses desk to one in the room but they are all updated so it is not possible for that reviewer to know what (s)he is talking about. Anyway, I am thrilled with her and would never consider changing.

When my regular doctor quit private practice, she referred me to Dr. Stephenson. To say, I was Leary of going to a new doctor was an understatement. Dr. Stephenson and her staff are the best of the best. I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.

This woman saved my life. Her bedside manner is amazing, she truly cares for her patients. I would recommend anyone to see her. Her staff is also excellent!!

I was a hospitalized pt. Dr. Stephenson was a fill in for the doc taking care of me while he was on vacation. I am a also a physician, so I understand how it is to be on both sides of the bed (so to speak). I have never before vocalised any negative feelings about a colleague. However because of my observation and experience with Dr. Stephenson, I feel obligated to just warn those who are considering having her as their doc. If you have a run of the mill cold or stubbed toe I have no doubt Dr. S could help you out. If you go to her for anything more I would not recommend using her for anything more than this. I believe sge was unaware that I was a doc at the time of my hospitalization. She did not know why I was hospitalized, neither had she read my chart 5 days into my stay. Her knowledge base is frightenly deficient. Not once did she place a stethoscope on me or do any exam at all for that matter. she did not review my chart, did not review my vital signs and could not answer any… question I had of her. Her visits never lasted longer than a few minutes (if she bothered to show up at all. I thought that this may be because I wasn't really her patient and she wqs covering for another doc until I began spoeaking to patients assined to her who had the same experience. Thank goodness, as a physician I was able to get the treatment she was to provide elsewhere. I feel very concerned for those who do not have that option. Please just be wary
