This doctor and her staff are always going the extra mile for my entire family! She is firm but understanding. We always get into a provider when we need to, and if they are not available, they always return my calls. We are very complicated with our health and the referrals are plenty. They will do all they can, but have seen many patients trying to bully them into doing only what they want, not what the providers are advising them. This is not like ordering a pizza, people; it's health care! You have to be willing to do the work alongside your providers! Again, I can't say enough good about them all!

This doctor office is ghetto!! Very disappointing that our community even allow this office to remain!!! The entire staff is incompetent and unprofessional!! All the negative reviews somehow get erased, to reflect that this is a good doctor's office but indeed it's the worst ever!!!

If you're looking for quality healthcare keep looking!! This office is very rude, incompetent and unprofessional!! Even when they type letters to be mailed to your home it is ghetto and unprofessional formated!! If you look at the reviews on their website it's a rating of 1.6!!! Highly recommend they you take your health matters and your family members health matters anywhere else but here!!

I have been seeing Dr McKinney for about 8 years and have never had any issues with her or the office staff. Dr. McKinney is great, she always spends her time with me and I never feel rushed through my visits. I do know for those saying they never get to see the doctor just the nurse or PA, you do have to specify when making the appointment what provider you want to see. Best office I have had so far. I'm not sure where any bad reviews come from, I would definitely give them a try! I love them!

In my experience all the staff were always very friendly and helpful. The wait time varied never under 30 minute wait before being taken to room where I waited up to 40 minutes. Dr. McKinney is no non-sense you follow her rules or you won't continue to see her. She can be intimidating but if you stay on her good side she's very friendly and shares personal stories with you. I was present when she told a patient to get out because he questioned her and she told him if he wasn't going to follow her rules she would not treat him. He said fine I was just asking a question. She was very upset that anyone would question her. I'm not really sure if I would recommend her.

I have been going to this office for years. The staff has been nice and professional at all times. They know their policies and are very helpful. Love the providers there. Highly recommend this office

I haven't even seen the dr yet but the office staff are very rude and giving me run arounds (wouldn't if the office staff communicated as one) The staff alone are making me want to switch dr's before I even get my kids seen. Only chose her because she was close to home now I think a travel will be worth it. First impressions are true and they made a sour one.

DONT GO TO HER! Horrible bedside manners, rude to patients and staff. Does not take your health concerns seriously, make you feel like you are overreacting when you voice your concerns. Does not like giving medications, so just suck it up (prety much)
