Very rarely do I leave physicians’ offices with a complete and total sense of peace and knowledge, knowing that I am going to be cared for in the most professional and friendly manner. Dr. George himself is indeed a man of wisdom and compassion. It is very easy to establish a rapport with Dr. George and I know I have been given the right advice. He will stay with me, as long as is necessary to answer all of my questions, and will never say, “your time is up.” He listens to my concerns and provides answers that are right to the point. His love for his work shows itself each time I confer with him. Dr. George is truly fortunate to have two superior assistants: Fran and Emily. Both will go the extra mile to provide much-needed answers and support

I had my initial consult with Dr. George this week and my experience from start to finish was wonderful. He explained everything and made me feel at ease with the possibility that I will be needing a laminectomy in the not so distant future.He answered all my questions and was very patient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful… they even got me in to see him the same day I called! Based on my experience so far I would highly recommend!

I love going to see Dr. George! He and his staff always make my visits enjoyable and informative, and they put me at ease about everything. My surgery went perfectly thanks to Dr. George's skills, and he and his PA Randi have been making sure my recovery has been comfortable and smooth. I can't recommend them enough. I went from having very little hope for a happy future to making plans I never could have made before.

Dr. Zachariah George is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend him if you need cervical fusion. He is a talented surgeon and easy to talk to.

Zach set the bar for excellence in medical service in the midst of a very challenging time for me. I had been dealing with a severely herniated disc for nearly two years and had such excruciating pain that I could not sleep through the night on most nights. I am thankful to have great access to healthcare in northern NJ and with a strong insurance plan, but after meeting with 3 different doctors, over at least a dozen different visits, not a single doctor prescribed a solution that was effective for me. I had several small procedures done over the course of two years, and was close to giving up and accepting the permanence of my back pain. Zach was introduced to me as the gold-bar in neurological surgery and he absolutely did not disappoint. After my first conversation with him (after sharing my MRI), I knew he was much more educated than the other doctors I had spoken with on the subject. Within 1 month of him seeing the MRIs, he had already prescribed a strong pre-hab, surgery, and… re-hab plan, and it was the most seamless process I have ever experienced. The discectomy procedure was less than an hour, with a scar that's the size of a single digit of my finger. I was up and running again within a week, and my back has virtually no pain anymore only 3 weeks later. I've regained all my range of motion and my only regret is not going to Zac earlier. I can't thank Zach enough for his help, and absolutely would recommend anyone to speak with Zach if they're dealing with neurological & spine pain. Zach, thanks for always checking up on me weeks after the surgery and making sure my rehab is going well!

Dr George did neck surgery and back surgery on me.He informed me about how the procedure will go and recovery time.Dr Gerorge did not rush into surgery .He sent me to physical therapy first .We tried epidurals,they did not work.So after three months I had neck surgery,then eight months later I had back surgery.They both went great.Thank you Dr Zachariah Gerorge.

I have been in pain for years trying everything I could to avoid surgery. When I ran out of options I saw Dr George. I wish now that I didn’t wait . He made every single moment of treatment absolutely wonderful. Besides the fact that the surgery was successful he had more compassion and kindness than any Doctor I had ever seen. Another very positive of this office is his front desk woman Fran! She went above and beyond to help me and in my pain and anguish I really gave her a run for her money. Thank you for everything!
