I was upset his intake form only included he or she. Discussed it with him. His reasons for the form choices did not make sense.

It only took about 10 minutes for my injection.Dr Abbott explained everything that he was doing and was pretty much painless, he was great!

My wait time was about 15 minutes, quite reasonable. Anita, Dr. Abbott's CMA, was welcoming and clear with instructions. Dr. Abbott has good soft skills; communicated everything clearly. I am grateful for a competent team, precision and alacrity. This steroid under fluoroscopy seems somewhat miraculous to me.

Dr. Abbott is very thorough. He explained the procedure to my satisfaction. It went smoothly. I'm very satisfied with how he explained step by step as he progressed during the test, and what he would be doing next. The test was pretty much as I had received whe I had a similar test from an accident I had while working in the past. He is very kind and has a very professional manner. He was not rushing to finish the exam. I'm completely satisfied with the front office staff and their professionalism in helping me navigate the check in process. They even helped me to get to the appointment and with my return trip home. Dr Abbott and his staff are very helpful to the patients needs and concerns. I woul like to thank them for putting me at ease.
