Dr. Zachary Vincent Coller, MD

Dr. Coller is a no-nonsense, to the point, doctor which I prefer. He is direct when it comes to diagnosing and options to help alleviate some of the issues. He has a great attitude as well. Those that prefer a “softer”, hand-holding, style bedside manner may take that as possibly being rude. I did not notice any rudeness at all during my visit. Dr. Coller is extremely knowledgeable and really cares for his patients’ health. He listened to all my concerns and answered any questions that I had. I had a great experience on both my initial in-office visit and my virtual follow up regarding next steps. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a Pulmonologist.

After two appointments with this doctor, I will never go back. On both occasions he was rude, condescending, and did not listen to my concerns. He was unbelievablely arrogant with the manner in which he criticized my other doctors. He is only interested in selling the CPAP machine.

I have never met a more condescending doctor. This was a wasted appointment.

I was a patient of his for a few years, I didn’t care for the way he spoke down to me. I stayed because I only had to see him once a year. Mistake. I was having a hard time breathing and was coughing quite a lot. Almost constant. So, he did tests to see if I had asthma. I did not. His medical advice? Stop thinking about coughing and you won’t cough. Seriously?! It made me feel like it was all just in my head. Since then I have moved to Memphis and had same cough. The doctors here were not stopping until they figured out what was going on. How refreshing. I have a lung disease which is fatal. I was sent to a specialist in Denver, CO by my pulmonologist here to make sure they were doing all they could to help me. Do yourself a favor and do not go to Dr Coller. Had I stayed with him I would never have known I had this disease, I would not have gotten treatment to hopefully extend my lifespan.

I was told up front what i owed before the sleep study was done. I paid it in full. Well, I guess I will owe them the rest of my life. I keep getting bills and sent to collect. I get one more I will be talking to a lawyer.

This was the worst dr experience I have ever had. It was a complete waste of time. I do not trust this man with my health and will not be returning, unfortunately.

Very rude and condescending. Worst doctors visit I’ve ever had. Will not go back and see him. He talked down to me the whole time.

If there was a zero, I would give him that. Not only was he incredibly rude and condescending, but also made assumptions about my health when he told me that I didn’t have allergies. I literally *just* had an appointment with an allergist right before his appointment. What a dangerous way to practice medicine. He went on to tell me that what I was saying ‘didn’t make sense’ after repeatedly cutting me off answering his questions. Had no interest in listening. At all. Beware.

I went to see the doctor with my friend who is 80 yrs old. My friend has trouble hearing and has a bit of dementia and gets confused very easily. When the doctor came in and met me and my friend and realized he had a hearing problem he acted like he was being put out by speaking louder. When he asked questions and at times my friend got confused the doctor became agitated. To the point that he said to my friend that he didn’t think he really wanted to the study done very rudely. We left with him telling us while he didn’t think my friend wanted the study he was still willing to schedule it. At the end of the meeting he had the nerve to say have a blessed day. I never had a doctor be so rude to an old dear man that does everything he doctors tells him.
