Dr. DePew has been my Pulmonary Physician since 2018. I have the highest regard for him and his care and fully trust him.

Dr. Depew, as far as I can tell, is a good physician who appears to take his job seriously, is well considered by others in the profession & is caring. Although he was unable to help me, my frustration is entirely directed against staff. He had told me: "You can phone & let me know how the medication worked". I've since learned, through multiple tries, you CANNOT phone Dr. Depew. The staff will not let you talk to him or his student. Nor can you leave even a four-sentence message for him. At the end of two sentences (I never got further once), the person on the line becomes impatient/hostile & starts asking "What do you want?" And of course, as you try to answer their impatient/hostile questions, your chronic cough kicks it to where you can hardly breathe.
