Dr. Hazelton was born and raised in the Bemidji Area. In 2006, he married another Bemidji native, Jen Quistgaard. Jen is currently a pharmacist with Progressive Health Care and Iverson Corner Drug. Zach and Jen have a beautiful and active daughter, Anja, who was born in May 2010
Dr. Hazelton Enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and dogs. Together they enjoy: hockey, water sports, fishing, hunting, gardening, photography and golf.
Dr. Hazelton is enthusiastic about using modern technology in dentistry. He places high value on investments in continuing education and technology. Dr. Hazelton is an active member of the Minnesota Dental Association for which he is the chairman …of the Dental Education Committee. Dr. Hazelton also teaches in the classroom and the clinic in the Dental Assisting program at Northwest Technical College. He frequently volunteers for activities such as Head Start dental screenings, speaking to school children and Give Kids A Smile.
Dr. Hazelton is a member of: the Nothwestern Dental District, Minnesota Dental Association, American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
