My mother received horrible care at the Hebrew Home. They failed to ensure proper discharge care. And when I called to complain Doctor Palace refuses to return my calls

My mother is a resident of the Hebrew Home. The regular on-call staff did not pick up anything peculiar with my mother. However, Dr. Palace was asked to look in on her, and diagnosed an uncommon ailment, which if it had been left untreated for about 3 more days, would have caused the loss of sight in one of her eyes. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Palace for his caring and dedication to his patients. I only hope that if I am ever admitted to a facility, be it a hospital or an old age facility, that the doctor that treats me will be as thorough and caring as Dr. Palace.

It's no easy job dealing with elderly nursing home patients and their families at the end of life. Dr. Palace was there for our family in our time of need, and for this I will always be grateful.

I wish I could agree with the other good reviews, but I am going to side with the not-so-good ones and I do hope that people will read this and think about it because it is important to consider. Dr. Palace may appear nice and sincere, but when all is said and done, you will be left wondering what hit you. He is lazy, does not really care. He did not come see the patient like he said he would and sent another doctor who was not familiar with the case. My father ended up dieing a horrible death and Dr. Palace did not ease his passing at all. I even wonder if he treated him properly. Nobody should go through the experience I went through.

if you get Dr. Palace to care for your family, run the other way

Dr. Palace is an excellent and caring physician who takes time to listen to patient's concerns

Dr. Palace is a kind, compassionate, and caring physician. He is very thorough and patient with me and has a warm bedside manner.

wouldn't send your relatives to him. Unfortunately, I no loger have such a choice, but please think twice before allowing him to treat your loved one.
