Dr. Zachary Weidner, MD

I will admit I have a severe distrust for alot of dr's. Especially dr's who are assigned/involved with a work comp claim.... Dr Weidner was pretty laid back and still matter of fact about my injury. Given that the fracture could have been worse, and some dr's had already "brush(ed) it off" as minor, DR Weidner took what i do for work (where the injury happened) into consideration when forming a treatment plan. I did feel heard. My fractures are healing well and I am actually looking forward to the follow-up visit and a full clearance for work :)

I am a 77-year-old male who suffered through about two years of osteoarthritis in the right knee. Cortisone and Gel One injections did not solve my problem. After consulting with Dr. Weidner, my wife and I decided that a total knee replacement would be my be choice for a full recovery. Now it is three months past the surgery, and I am totally happy with my knee replacement. Dr. Weidner, along with the entire staff at Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics and its physical therapy department, were totally professional and anxious to work with me and answered any and all questions that arose. If you are considering a partial or total knee replacement, you should consult with the Centers before you make a final decision.

This doctor lost this clinic me as a patient because of this recent appointment I had. I will never go back and will advocate for others to leave. I felt this doctor was inexperienced and completely unable to assist me in any way with my wrist tendonitis. When I asked about updated ultrasound imaging to assist with diagnosis, he referred to a two year old x-ray, and told me to go get tested for a inheritable disease of which I have no symptoms of and my family has no history with, before coming back. Anyone reading this: GO TO A SPORTS MEDICINE DOCTOR, THEY CAN ACTUALLY HELP YOU

Dr. Weidner not only is an excellent physician but a wonderful person. He performed a total hip replacement on me and because of his great skills my recovery was super easy. I highly recommend anyone who needs a hip or knee replacement to make an appointment and I’m sure you will have a great experience on your first visit.

It has been 10 weeks since I had a complete knee replacement on my right knee. I can walk 3 miles with no sharp pains to my knee. It is still a little stiff, but Dr Weidner said it will take 6-12 months for a full recovery, but I am already able to hike with my grandkids. I was nervous about the procedure, but there were no other options left for me to walk without pain. My Physical Therapist has often commented on how quickly I am recovering, but I think my recovery is mostly attributed to a skilled surgeon. Thank you so much Dr. Weidner.

Dr Weidner spent the time with me to ensure I understood everything about the operation. He answered numerous emails both before and after the procedure. He even emailed me my xrays, which another physician referred me to a site that took weeks and cost money. The procedure went extremely well and I was in the hospital for less than 6 hours total. It was easier than a tooth filling. I never felt rushed and I would recommend Dr. Weidner without hesitation.

I am so glad to have found him and would recommend him to anyone in need of hip replacement. He is a brilliant doctor and performs surgery using the latest, most advanced techniques. He also has a calming demeanor and is easy to talk with.
