Dr. Zafar Latif, MD

Caylee at the front desk gave me a big attitude. She actually said to me "is there a problem? Excuse me!" all while yelling at me. She answered the phone and was chewing on food which is very unprofessional. I am actually a new patient and have been trying to make an appointment for over a week. After several attempts to contact Dominique (scheduler) and leaving messages, I tried calling the front desk and that's when I encounter this very unprofessional behavior from someone calling themselves Caylee. I explained to her that I have been trying to reach Dominique to no avail, of which she went on to stress that they were under staffed and Dominique was helping out at the front desk all day. I tried to explain that I have been trying to reach her for more than a week and that's when the attitude got worse. I have a diagnosis of cancer from my doctor and was referred to Dr. Latif Zafar. Apparently, this is not a sense of urgency. I can't say much about the doctor but from the sound of… things this office is run very poorly. I have NEVER had this type of experience at a Doctor's office especially before visiting the practice and meeting the Doctor. If this person (Caylee) is an accurate representation of what to expect at this practice and the Doctor...well I hope that's not the case.

My father is unable to write a review He is no left paranoid scared Just no true concern for his well being very disappointed He went into the hospital after days of calling for help Told is to take him to the hospital to which he never showed up to see or help him Just left without answers.

Have been very satisfied with Dr, Latif. Listens to my concerns and answers them. I have a lot of trust in him.
