it just tooooo long to see the doctor once you are in the office, I have lasted five hours waiting to be seen and one time I went for lab waited for one and half hours for them to tell me I didn't had to do lab. The receptionists there are so stupid and always with this attitude, they never smile is like patients are a burden to them.

I have been going with Dr. Haydar for many years., and although he is an excellent doctor, the office staff can sometimes be a bit unorganized. You have stay on them and make sure you have everything you need before you leave. Nurse Practitioner Jacquez is also a great person to see. She is very detailed and takes her time with you.

The office staff is so unprofessional. Not doing their work too busy chit chatting. They are beyond rude don't answer any of your questions. Tried to tell my mom her insurance was not active. They made her wait over three hours and finally went in and just to find out Dr. was gone for the day. This is so unfair. My mother waited to see him for over three hours and then they tell her he is gone????? I called the office to make a complaint but of course the person in charge of the phone Maritza to be exact was beyond rude and i could hear all the other staff members laughing in the background. That the supervisor was out to lunch and she didn't know when she would be back and that the only other person i would be able to talk to was the Dr which he was gone for the day already. This is the worst dr visit my mother has ever had. She will not be going back there to get any type of services from them. They are very unprofessional people. I wonder how many other people have left this place… unhappy.

Dr. Haydar is an excellent Physcian. He is knowledgable in a broad range of ailments. Haydar has numerous connections with the finest Specialists in Texas and will take the time to call one of them personaly if needed to get you to that Dr in a timely fashion. He does have a busy office but is well worth the time. Excellent bedside manner. Truely cares about his patients. He also has fantastic Nurse Practitioners to expedite your follow up visits when he is not personally needed. He accepts walk in appointments, so you can get in when you are sick, not a week later. The 1st visit with him can take time but he is extremely loyal to his established patients. They have thier own testing facilities attached to the office if you're in need of x-rays or an MRI. I have noticed that he works on his Birthdays and has so many patients that bring him gifts and cards because he is the "Family Doctor" that most are looking for. I have been cared for by him for about 5 years and would never change.

I changed my primary doctor to Dr. haydar because of their office hours and location, however, my first and only visit was the worst ever! I arrived 15 min. prior to my appointment hour and waited over two hours before I overheard a staff member say to another patient that the doctor had left for the day. The patient had been waiting for an even longer time than me. I walked out to verify this and sure enough I was told the doctor had left for the day. I was a new patient waiting to see a doctor for different issues and the doctor leaves before seeing all patients waiting? This was unprofessional and whats worse is that nobody bothered to say anything! I will have to choose a different doctor now and will NOT recommend this one to anyone.
