Dr. Zaher Al-Shallah, MD

Dr. Al-Shallah provided excellent medical care to my husband. He listened well, was easily accessible and responsive via text and showed genuine concern throughout a diagnosis and treatment that turned our lives upside down. Although we had to proactively follow up with his office staff for prescription refills, lab orders and referrals to other specialists, I will take that trade off for the excellent care we received from Dr. Al-Shallah personally.

The Doctor might be good but I don't know as after one hour and give minutes last my appointment time I left.!

Staff is horrible and unkind. It overrides everything else

Dr. Al-Shallah was very courteous, professional and exuded great bedside manner when treating my father during a hospitalization. One of his office staff, who answers the phone regularly, is very rudem defensive, and unprofessional each time I call. It seems to be a case of her becoming frustrated because she does not understand the question or what I am saying. She does not reflect Dr. Al-Shallah's personality, and therefore I am working to overlook her for the sake of my father's treatment.

Having had civilian, Air Force, Army & Navy doctors through the years Dr. Al-Shallah is without a doubt the best I have ever seen. Quality & caring.
