Though the doctor was competent, I had to call numerous times for results. Jamie called on a Friday morning, the message she left said,”We will call back within 24 hrs.” I did not talk to her until Tuesday, a call I initiated. Answers to medical tests should come as swiftly as possible, to alleviate stress.

I was an inpatient scheduled for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. Never talked to the dr. before, during or after procedures. I wouldn't recognize him because I never saw his face.

Very grateful and happy to be in his care

You can never see the doctor. When you do he is always rushing. They don't follow thru with things in that office. Waited 1 week for a test result they said I never had . Had to be approved by ins. and they never did that. Very fed up with this office. I am not better and they don't seem to care.
