Dr. Zaineb Hassan Makhzoumi, MD

Dr. Makhzoumi performed Mohs surgery for me. She was friendly and gracious, and gave full background on the operation while encouraging any questions. The surgery was done quickly and efficiently, and healing is going well. All of the staff were a pleasure to work with as well.

I came in for a skin check and the whole appointment took less than 5 minutes. She barely looked at my skin, only the back and dismissed the moles that I was concerned about without looking under the dermatoscope. When asked questions regarding diminishing scar appearance, she offered no solutions but just said only time will heal. She is an absolute waste of time and money.

One of the worst condescending doctors . She is full of her self and talks down to her patients.

I had to wait for over an hour for her to see me. No one told me she was running over time with her previous appointment. Finally when I get in the room she seemed annoyed that she had another patient to see that day. How awful *eye roll*. She was very short when answering my questions as if I should have already known all of these answers. I do not appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner. I may not be a doctor but I'm not a moron either. I will never be going back to her.

Very brief visit from the Dr., quick skin check, not very through. Could not answer my questions .Flip attitude.

Terrible patient service. I was left sitting in the hot and stuffy exam room for an hour (wearing only a hospital gown) before Dr. Makhzouki showed up. There was no communication from the staff that she would be delayed (even after I walked out to the reception area to ask). I cannot comment on her medical skills since I left in a huff without being seen by the Dr.. But I can testify that the Dr. and her staff demonstrate a severe lack of regard for the patient as well as a lack of respect for the patient's care, comfort and time.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Z! Aside from an extremely plesant experience in the face of much fear, three years later people don't even see the scar. Great doctor, even better human being.

What wonderful care she had taken for me; very attentive,caring, friendly,and most professional. Her staff was excellent in all their duties and also did a wonderful job!
