Dr Nocera office fit me in at the last minute and I had to go to both offices. Her staff was friendly and I didn't mind the wait, Dr Nocera brought me in and assured me should would review and would try to figure out what was going on.

After waiting over 55 minutes for my appointment at 10:00, I went to the receptionist to ask when I would be taken back. Not only was she rude, she acted as if it was rude that I was upset for having to wait. Finally after another 10 minutes, I went up as I saw they had relieved the first receptionist. I relayed my situation to her and she too was rude. She told me that when they were ready they will come and get me. They came out immediately thereafter. The doctor that came in and spoke to me made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! He was creapy to say the very least! This place is very strange and I definately do not get a good vibe from this place. Not only is their staff unprofessional, they are rude! I called my referring doctor and he highly suggested Open MRI & Imaging at (602)253-0000. They are wonderful!

Extremely professional! Very nice and courteous. Spends alot of time and seems to show that she cares. This is the type of doctor that really makes you feel like someone is listening to you and knows her field quite well. She doesn't rush you because she has an agenda to see other patients or that she doesn't care. Dr. Zandra Nocera is very caring and explains things to you in complete detail where you understand everything. She makes sure your questions are answered before you leave so you understand everything.

I met Dr. Nocera for the first time during a follow-up ultrasound after an abnormal mammogram. Dr. Nocera was one of the most kind, caring and patient physicians I've met. She spent extra time with me after finding out that my sister had recently died of pancreatic cancer. Dr. Nocera is a wonderful doctor and a beautiful human being. I feel fortunate to have met such a special person. Thank you, Cathy
