Though pleasant, he was very rushed, was not really thorough, and when told it takes 2 hrs. to contact his office, he not only didn’t respect what I said, but almost ignored me, saying yes, yes they all know about it. I would NOT recommend him AT ALL going further.

Dr B is an excellent doctor, caring and knowledgeable Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Basrawala performed the Urolift pre check and actual procedure. The procedure was NOT explained realistically in terms of the discomfort and pain I endured. I called the office 3 times just to understand the medication and timing for the procedure. The info I did receive was incorrect which caused extreme discomfort. In addition I was OVERCHARHED close to $900.00 and 3 months later I am still trying to get my money refunded!

under Covid I am 72 and left him at the hospital, staff gave me hourly update and the Dr called me after with great cancer removal results. special team.

Always a long wait. I have trouble getting to see Dr. B. Always get passed to assistants. Assistants are well-meaning but simply repeat what I have already been told. It seems like a waste of time and insurance money.

My husband and I found Dr. Basrawala very personable and informative. Never made us feel rushed, answered all our questions and concerns. Mapped out his plan for future procedures and explained the reasoning. Both of us felt extremely confidant in all his plans for my husbands future care. I would highly recommend him.

Absolutely great Doctor and staff

Dr Basrawala kept us waiting for 45 minutes. Thereafter he was impatient and careless to the point where he mixed up my medications and discontinued the wrong one. The pharmacist had to call and it took 3 days to get a call back to fix the mistake. Meanwhile I was without my medication. Very poor support staff as well. I very unreliable and carless doctor.

very personable but doesnt show as much concern for issues you may have post op. if had to do over would seek out another urologist , did not examine me after operation or enlist my concerns
