Great Job All done

Had cataract surgery done. Have had issues since. Spent 5,000.00 above the insurance for the lens he recommended. Vision as bad it not worse than before. Final check was told that I have dry eyes and the lens has a film over it from being dry. Put plugs in the ducts to keep eyes moist. My eyes constantly run. Was prescribed eye drops to use twice a day. They irritate my eyes. Told to put them in the refrigerator. No where does it say to refrigerate this medication. Asked our pharmacist, he said he never heard that before. So refrigerate the drops but before you use them you need to put natural tear drops in then the medication . Final appointment tested eye little to no improvement. So was told that due to dry eye they have a film type substance and there is nothing further that they can do. They could refer to Columbus to a dry eye specialist! Never in the 3 appointments prior to the surgery was there ever any discussion about dry eye syndrome. The lens is screwed up and they know it… but won’t do anything about it. Find someone else to do your surgery!!!!

Dr. Lazer and staff at The Eye MDs was excellent; they were very caring, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. Dr. Lazer explained in details of the different types of surgery and options available. On the day of surgery, Dr. Lazer comes by to talk to with all his patients assessing each one and checks your blood pressure and answers any questions before going into the operating room. The whole process runs like a well oiled machine. After both of my eye surgeries, Dr. Lazer called that evening of my surgery checking to see how I was doing, I’ve never had a doctor call me personally professional and thoughtful. Before you are released Dr. Lazer comes by and checks your eyes once again to see that everything is good to go and gives you the go ahead to go home. My eye surgeries were the easiest procedures I have ever had, very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Dr. Lazer and The Eye MDs.

I am most impressed with my surgery performed by Dr. Zane Lazer. He was recommended to me by a friend, and every compliment mentioned to me turned out to be absolutely true.....and then some. I can now, in turn, also recommend Dr. Lazer to others by using multiple superlatives, and Dr. Lazer would be worthy of all of them. As I stated in the headline, Dr. Lazer is the best!!

The office staff that works for Dr. Lazer were very, very, nice as well as Dr. Lazer. He did mine and my husbands cataract surgery. I had an amazing outcome with my surgery.
