I got an appointment 3 months ago. He is far away from me and I was late for 10 minutes then I called them before arriving and asked that I will arrive 10 minutes later. The secretary told me "Doctor doesn't accept you". I wait 3 months, but he cannot wait 10 minuets. I am sure that if you arrive on time, you have to wait minimum 30 minutes.

his office deserves zero stars, what doctor lies about getting a test back and then puts his patient off all day long and has his office lie about having the chart to begin with? this doctor is a sham, hes not a doctor and his front office is even worse, you have been warned, this doctor does not have the patients best interest, hes probably getting kick backs. even if its cancer which it is, all his front office does is eat and take lunch breaks and lies about having charts, i had to take time off of work to drive all over town to get our own records, his office didnt lift a finger, lied to us for the last 6 hours and now we are stuck holding the flaming end of the candle.

My wife is a patient at this office, usually seen by a dr. working under Dr. Israelian. My wife's thyroid was going very hyper, and she called to ask for an increase in the medication. My wife couldn't sleep, her hands were shaking, and her heart rate was skyrocketing. The Dr. told her she couldn't do anything, and that if she had a problem, to go to the ER. Well, the next night, we had to go to the ER. We told the ER Dr. the situation, and he was stunned that she would be sent to ER instead of being taken care of. Her TSH levels were so high, that the ER Dr. gave her a beta-blocker and upped her medication from 2.5mg to 30mg! On top of this, my wife has called numerous times to talk to the Dr., and has even waited up to 2 months for a call back. Every time she calls, she is put on hold, and eventually hung up on. Either that, or the Dr just doesn't talk to her. In addition, the doctor doesn't listen to my wife's concerns and ignores everything she has to say about how she is… feeling with her current condition. If I could give them 0 stars, I would gladly do so.

HORRIBLE front office staff. They are rude, uncaring, argumentative and basically don't care. It takes 3-4 days for them to even submit a referal to insurance and then get it wrong. When I questioned this, her response was "Do you have any idea how busy we are!"The doctor himself seemed caring and didn't rush me, but I didn't leave feeling well informed. The wait time to see him is at least two months. I will say that he followed up within hours with a phone call back to me.

I have been diabetic for 41 years, and have never had a more caring or more knowledgeable doctor. He's the best!!
