Dr. Zaufishan Rizvi, MD

Ppoor follow up with labs and precrip refills. The Dr. never follows up with patient; you leave without a sense of accomplishment.

Dr. Rizvi, herself, was pleasant. Her staff at her individual practice was absolutely terrible. Some of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. I came up to the counter and the receptionist was counting cash at the front (really weird and unprofessional) and I had never been there before and she rudely asked me "You don't know who your doctor is?" And on top of that, the male nurse came in and rudely corrected the way I said "Rizvi" (again, my first time here!) There was another nurse/receptionist that took me in for my height/weight/temperature etc. and when she reviewed my stuff she asked if I was going to be a permanent patient because this "wasn't just a clinic I could go to." Absolutely rudest people I have ever met. I didn't have any issues with the doctor, herself, but the staff, themselves, made me cancel my follow up appointment with Dr. Rizvi because I just didn't want to deal with them again. I mean, would it hurt to crack a smile throughout the patient visit?!

Love Dr. Rizvi. She found kidney cancer in my husband in an unrelated xray and got him to a fantastic specialist who declared him cancer free after his treatment. What more can I ask of a doctor? She keeps us healthy we see her regularly and stay alive.
