Overall good but she's too slow and staff is completely unorganized with improper training.

Below this was my rating right after seeing the Doctor. I felt as if I was heard and accommodated for regarding what imaging I need for my ailment. Unfortunately the follow up on getting these images was just a nightmare. The staff is very incompetent when it comes to dealing with patients and getting the necessary work done. There is no proper means of communication to get through them or the doctor. I have called numerous times, left messages on their portal system and still have not gotten the proper response and now my imaging appointment was cancelled and I can no longer get the imaging done. And when I do finally get to speak to a staff member on the phone, they are rude and rush to hang up. They were also dishonest about getting the appropriate paperwork done for more than two weeks. I still have yet to receive a call back from this office regarding this matter..seems like the doctor does not know what is going on in her own office and that is just me giving her the benefit of… the doubt.

Apart from the long waiting time, Dr. Hasan is an excellent doctor who is very passionate and is patient with hearing all concerns. She is kind to offer a lot of advice. I highly recommend her.

Great doctor and great staff !!

I am giving this rating because I found a high dose steroid medication in my moms meds. She is on two blood thinners and elderly. She has no reason to be on a steroid which by itself is bad enough. But to be given a thirty day supply of a high steroid with her blood thinner being elderly is startling. Then on top of that, my mother has been having increased weakness with trouble climbing- it turns out she had been taking two cholesterol pills together which can cause muscle weakness- a primary care doctor has to make sure to check patient medications and make sure duplication is eliminated- especially in the elderly. I don’t believe in giving bad reviews, but I am seriously concerned with the choices of this physician.

Dr. Hasan's course of treatment seems to be based solely on your blood work results. She appears to listen to your aliments, but her treatment is focused on getting your medical statistics into the computer specified range. She disregards your concerns, but will make you healthy on paper and will recommend a physical every 6 months (even in your 30's.) The staff here are visually inept and rude. Good luck getting any real help here!

It was a good experience, doctor took her time to explain every test result. Support staff was good and professional in approach.

Although the waiting time is longer and the staff may not be exceed your expectations but no doubt she is a competent doctor. She gives proper time to the patient, listens carefully and explains the problems and treatment options fully.

Staff is very rude and don't pick up phone and late to work. Waiting time is too much, even you go on time you need to wait there for ever. No Manners. Don't have ethics and no caring for patient.
