Dr. Zehra Tosur, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Tosur for a couple of years now, and our relationship continues to grow. She is thoughtful, professional and takes the time to listen to my thoughts and concerns. I trust her knowledge regarding my medical conditions and I know she will explain her thought process when she makes a suggestion regarding my health. This is truly a partnership which is exactly the way a doctor/patient relationship should be.

Dr. Tosur has been my internist for over a year. I have a genetic illness that has caused many complications and have found Dr. Tosur to be smart, open minded, kind, and willing to learn about my diagnoses which has improved my treatment. I highly recommend her.

Did not do physical

I saw her once. She was suppose to do a physical and did not. She did nothing but documented that she did a physical (I found out after my visit about what she had documented and billed.) She was not honest about the visit and I did report her to a Manager. I can't believe she is still working at Baylor College of Medicine.

I went to see her as my new PCP and of course I told her of all the medications I was currently on, one of which is for a chronic incurable disease. She did not submit that prescription to my pharmacy and when I finally ran out of the medication and called in she said I had to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile I am suffering an outbreak of my disease with no medication. This is one of many things that are wrong with our current health care system.
