Would not recommend. Rude.

Read the last review and totally agree. She was quite rude each time I have met with her and also not very smart. She put me on a medication I explained a previous dr told me to NEVER go on b/c of side effects. She put me on it anyway and encouraged me to trust her. This was our first visit and she spent 10 minutes with me. I asked if we could have a plan in place should the same serious side effects happen (like my previous prescriber did.) She said, "Well just call me. I will return your call the next day or if it's a friday then on Monday." She really doesn't seem to care in the slightest. I ended up having the same side effects. Consistently find her to be rude, late, uncaring, unintelligent (asks me the same questions over and over and the questions are not very intelligent.) She asked why I did not show up with treatment summaries from clinicians 20 yrs ago. I'm not joking. Who gets treatment summaries? She was angry I could not remember the meds I was on 20 yrs ago. I am… not joking. Looking for a new prescriber. I plan on complaining to the head of where I see her as well as the AMA. IT's too bad people like her are out there supposedly "helping" people in need.

Didn't want to take me as a new patient; made me feel I was undeserving of care. Wouldn't review my records for accurate diagnosis. Was totally "absent" physically and mentally. Returned 2 of the 6 phone calls I left over a 9 month period; chastised me for calling. Kept trying to push me off onto other doctors and specialists so she wouldn't have to do the work. Picked up written message from me regarding a medication problem and took off on a very long vacation without ever returning the call. Didn't respond to a last voice mail asking her what, upon her return, could I do to help us work more effectively together. When I transferred to a colleague, she jaded him in advance about my being a difficult patient so that he, in turn, didn't want me as a patient before he ever even met me. Had to leave clinic as there was no one else available. Now see a self-pay doctor (I'm only fortunate my family will pay; what about others who don't have that luxury?) Extremely difficult… situation to have dealt with already struggling - what a disappointment and discredit to her facility.
