Dr. Zenobio Aguila, MD

I waited 1 hr 45 min to see him. He acted hurried & rude. Not nice. Didn't pay attention to what I said.Too busy on his laptop. Office staff unorganized & couldn't find my file. I moved on. I don't trust him.

Dr Aguilar is very thorough and caring. He speaks to his patients and is a good listener. He makes sure that all concerns are addressed and is respectful of one’s perspective.

I've been a patient for a year. Every time I see him I talk (when he allows me to) to his back as he engages in mumbling into his laptop. My last visit after listening to him talking randomly ( he try's to be humorous and doesn't quite pull it off) I asked him why I was there and he gave me a blank look and honestly he had no clue. It was to review lap work which he had no record of and no solution. He did however tell me how busy he is with patients, phone calls to make,and labs to review (just not mine). Gulf Coast Medical Group is fabulous. Dr Aguila not quite. He is however very busy. He tells me that all the time. I just wish he knew who I was.

I don’t know what I would do without him as my doctor!

Dr Aguila is a very nice & competent medical doctor!! He stays on top of all issues & always makes me feel better after I am done with my appointment. He follows-up with any issues & I feel confident with him. I would recommend Dr Aguila to anyone! My sincere THANKS to him & his understanding staff!!!! ??????????

I have been a patient of Dr. Auguila and Gulf Coast Medical for 20 years. We have always had superior quality care. From our physicians amd all staff.

It was a relief the doctor explained everything about what I needed to get done and provided everything I needed to follow through with a procedure.

Dr Aguillar is a very thorough dr., he covers every concern , Very knowledgeable and I couldn’t ask for more. I have lived in Englewood over 20 yrs and I’m extremely happy with his services.

Knowing that my husband is on Medicare and I am on disability this doctor makes us come in every 3 months. He continually orders unnecessary tests and requires full blood work before every visit. That's a minimum of 4 times a year. Now he wants us both to come in every 2 months. When asked why he replied "because I said so and I can". Then he said if we refuse to do any of his tests ordered he was going to make sure to indicate we keep refusing what he wants. He is a bully. I again explained our lack of finances and he indicated it was not his problem and he was tired of just writing prescriptions. Truly despicable behavior. I am in the process of changing doctors. I also notified my insurance to let them know.
