Dr. Zev Zusman, MD

He is very professional and takes time with his patients one on one.

This is the worst office I have ever been to. The Dr doesn’t listen at all! They never answer the phone. My son needs a prescription refill and can’t even get an apt. They have outrageously long wait times. The receptionist is rude! Just an all around bad office.

Treated wife like she knew nothing. Will be switching psychiatrist for our foster children they deserve much better!

How does this man have a license to practice! After waiting for over an hour I was finally seen. He was the rudest, unprofessional, judgmental, stereotypical pig I've ever dealt with in the medical community. After providing my medical history and pharmaceutical records, and spending less than 15 minutes in his office, listening to his insults and personal (not professional) opinions concerning my disorder, I excused myself from his office. Seeing this quack is a waste of time. He specializes in headaches!!! Not psychiatry!!! So Mr. Zusman, why don't you go pump those patients that need your care full of toradol (sp?) and phenigren (sp?), and make them future addicts!!! And leave the rest to the physicians that are qualified and experienced in their field!! You are an insult to the psychiatric profession!!

Dr. Zusman has no patience with his patients. He is rude and loud. He has a assistant that seems to be overworked. She is doing triple work by herself. He attacks his patients, and he should be understanding with the type of patients he sees. I hear others in the waiting area discussing how much they hate to come to see him. I heard horror stories of Dr. Zusman giving people the wrong medicines, and the patient had to go to the E.R. The wait time is outrageous. I have waited as long as three(#3) hours. I had other appointments to attend. It is not fair to ask a patient to wait this long. Patients are intimidated by him. He spends very little time with his patients. I could not recommend him to anyone, especially someone who is fragile. He is in the wrong profession. I have not gone back, and would never again.

I watched while this man tried to talk to a lady in a nursing home. He has such a strong accent that most people cannot understand him - have to listen very close to him. He approached this lady - told her his name - she just looked at him. Then he proceeded with -why didn't you eat - now that was said in his dialect -- then he wanted to know "why didn't you eat your corn, corn - why didn't you eat corn?" She looked at him in a startled way and said "I don't like corn." His mannerisms are lacking - especially in folks who have dementia to start with.

Dr. Zussman came to evaluate my dad for the extent of Alzheimer's. He was very abrupt and loud. My dad was not aware of who he was or why he was there. The medications my dad was on contributed to the majority of the issues. I could not reason with Dr. Zussman that that was the major cause. He showed very little concern or compassion. He needs another class in bedside manner!
