Dr. Zheng Wang, MD

Being so skeptical about having to try another pain facility, I made my appt here and went. Boy was I surprised! This was by far nothing like any other! The staff actually had smiles on their faces!! I do understand what pain clinics have to go through with patients, calling and calling to get their meds, being in horrible moods because they are in such pain, but they need to understand that being in that job and have some kind of bedside manor. We don't like feeling this way anymore than you want to "deal" with us. That's one of the best things here, this office does not "deal" with us, they help us. The whole staff at this office is wonderful. I've never been to an office where the ladies at the front desk were so kind. Even past the desk, every nurse I have ever had has been wonderful! Dr. Wang is the nicest man and will really try to help you. He is a little hard to understand, but with his kind and patient nature and your patience, you will get the help you need. I had come… into this office after being removed from everything I had been on when this whole opioid issue started. My PCP felt horrible and knew I needed to be on my meds. She wrote a letter and I tried so many clinics, but felt so uncomfortable until I came here. He got me back on track and is still trying to help me get the right as needed medicine for my migraines and my back spasms. If somethings not working, he will find something else. He will work with you, if you're a good patient. I had forgot to call in and get my appt scheduled because I had a video visit, so because I had no appt scheduled, I couldn't renew my script online, understandable. Then I ran into a weekend and my last pill was that Monday. I called to get scheduled and renew my script and Dr. Wang had already called my script in! He is so awesome! Not many doctors do that. I have been there a little bit and I do not cause any issues when it comes to my medication. Some people need to understand that if you are constantly harassing to get meds, you're not going to get the help you need. These doctors need to be careful now that this opioid issue is the way it is. They could lose their license. This office also has a massage therapist that I have not tried but really want to. I've met the lady and she is extremely kind. They also have a lot of other things they treat here. I really recommend this office.

Staff is always very nice. Dr. Wang could care less about my comments, concerns and actual pain. I set a timer every visit. He spends between 1 and 3 minutes every visit. That is it. "Hi, how are you?" I try to tell him what is wrong, the EXACT SAME THING I TELL HIM EVERY TIME that my pain med is only 40% effective. He hyms and haws and say OK, see you in 6 weeks. Is there a decent pain specialist anywhere? I am not looking for 100% relief, but I want more than 40%.

My experience with the doctor to his nurse. I kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but things got so bad I had to report them to my health insurance. Dr. Sang is cold and pays no mind to your complaints. His nurse can't even call in a simple refill on a medication. My advice, stay away!

He listens. That is rare these days. Will work with you on your treatment. I plan on seeing him again.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS OFFICE, THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND, BUT I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WANTED TO TRY A SESSION OF ACUPUNCTURE TO TRY TO EASE SOME OF MY SEVERE BACK PAIN, DR. WHENG AND THE NURSE CALLED AND MADE SURE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN COVERED, BECAUSE I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE IT IF NOT, THEY PROMISED IT WOULD BE 100 % FREE.. WELL ...I RECEIVED A BILL FOR $ 41.64.. I CALLED AND THEY SAID OH HE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT ( THE DR & NURSE WHO CALLED THE BILLING LADY ABOUT THAT DAY) ... YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS... I AM BEYOND FURIOUS.. THE ACUPUNCTURE IDDINT WORK ONE, AND I WAS SO SOAR FROM LAYING FLAT THAT 30 MINS I HAD A MIGRAINE FOR 3 DAYS.. AND NEVER GOT A FOLLOW UP CALL OR ANYTHING. THEY GAVE ME FALSE INFORMATION AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, AND WILL BE TELLING FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT MY EXPERIENCES.

Dr. Wang was an amazing doctor while I was in Pittsburgh. No others I have seen can compare to his caring, treatment and expertise. He is a man of many talents and treatment procedures to control pain and bring some normalcy back in your life. He listens and treats you from your honest and pain felt condition.
