I love Dr Zhai. She is smart, intuitive, kind and actually listens and remembers me even though I am not a "frequent flyer ". Cindy, her nurse is a doll and very easy to talk to with a caring attitude. I have been with Dr Zhai for many years, have seen at least three office changes and the team they have going at this clinic is the best so far. Call back and email response times are prompt, and everyone seems happy to be there...always a good sign.:)

She very caring, yet gets to the point. She actually listens and responds to what I have to say and lets me get all the way through my list and I leave fully understanding what the next step is.

I have been going to the Southlake Clinic for 5+ years and have finally decided to switch to another doctor. Not because of Dr. Zhai herself but because of the staff. They are constantly difficult to work with - they can only book so far out, they argue about billing, even trying to schedule an appointment is a pain. I have complained to the office manager once who treated me like I was wasting her time. I'm over it and suggest anyone looking for a new doctor bypass this clinic.

My Ins Co has forced me to get a different Dr. I'm so sad and upset thatI have to leave her. I have been with her for 11 yrs. Thank you Dr Zhai!

Dr. Zhai is extremely insensitive during traumatic exams. Even after I expressed extreme pain, she did not do anything to help ease the pain or try to make the experience more bearable.
