Dr. Z was born in Detroit and raised in the suburbs. He received his dental degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1995. After graduation he completed an intense hospital residency program in Syracuse, New York. There he learned how to deal with some of the most broken down mouths imaginable. Following the residency he was asked and accepted to teach first year dental students at the University of Michigan. During this period he took the Florida board exam and passed. In Florida he began his quest into what patients wanted from a dental experience. By finding out the various fears of patients,  he began to develop the ultimate dental experience! In May of 2000, after two and a half years of hands on research, he perfected the experience. Â
Dr. Z came back home to Michigan and began his own office in West Dearborn. After being introduced to lasers and the miracles that they can perform,  he knew that this was the future of dentistry …and the perfect fit for his practice. He now incorporates lasers and the benefits they provide to his patients for no extra charge. He simply wants to provide the best.Â
Dr. Z is married and has two beautiful children. His hobbies include photography, traveling, fishing, remote control cars and working out.
