Dr. Ziad Michel Marjieh, MD

Dr. Marjeih is a very caring and thorough cardiologist. I’m impressed because he chooses the most basic simple procedures first before jumping into major invasive procedures. My kind of doctor.

Doctor Marjieh is a very nice man, very caring but terribly overbooked. The wait time is just horribly long which in turn, you will be getting a Doctor who is in a hurry, not a good thing. I had to have a stress test, Dr. Marjieh forgot I had one and ordered another. I did not know that it was a mistake and thought he wanted me to have the same test again. Insurance company was billed for two tests and now they will not pay for the one. My experience with the office staff was absolutely horrible, no call backs and they are so rude and cold. It has been two months and my prescription was never called in . I actually had my general physician call my medication in. I personally would think twice before making any appointments with this office.

the office staff are rude. I needed to get something done and wanted to know an est price, maybe 100, 200, 500, 1000, or 2000. I wanted to know before doing it. SO they told me to call my insurance and hung up on me. I called insurance they told me they will look into well my insurance company said they hung up on them. Which I believe because it happen to me. So I called Dr. back She said I have to wait a week because the girl was out sick. I called insurance back and we did a 3 way calling, she was so rude and told them Im not even scheduled yet etc... which I have been trying. My insurance wanted the code. Which I asked the first time for the code before she hung up on me and the office staff said I don't need a code. Click that's when she hung up. I had things do before and received a est. price. The office staff is horrible. Anddd they only have ONE blood pressure cuff "which she said" and it didnt work during a stress test. she kept trying over 20 times. I counted! So she was… going to do the stress test without a proper working blood pressure cuff. thank goodness the dr. had a emergency and we had to cancel! the next visit there was a working cuff but as I leave there is soo much construction going on and it was like a maze and dark. The Dr. calls the nurse but she was going to walk me out, she tells me " YOULL JUST GOING TO HAVE TO FIND YOUR WAY OUT BYE" and leaves. So Im walking around the office trying to find my way back. and I walk up to the office window and ask them am I done. She looked as though I was bothering her. I could not believe the experience I had and she complains about other clients. So unprofessional. I couldn't believe this was a cardiologist office. As Im writing a review, wow the other clients say the same thing about the office staff. I have NEVER been hung up on! So disrespectful, they should not be in the health care field.

While I have confidence that Dr. Marjieh is a great doctor, I have changed to another cardiologist due to his office staff (not the nurse). The staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. When you are stressed about the thought of having to try to contact the office, that is a sign that this is not a good healthcare provider. They do not answer the phone - you will get the answering service ALL The time during business hours, and they will not return the calls until you have left about 10 messages. They even lock the doors during business hours and refuse to open them - just telling you that they are closed bc the doctor had a change in schedule. When I called to discuss this with the office manager - to ensure that the heart monitor I had returned had been given to the doctor, she berated me for being upset that the doors were locked when I was scheduled for an appointment. She actually hung up on me when I said I needed to talk with a nurse or the doctor. The office is chaotic,… disorganized, and totally unprofessional. Plus your wait time for your scheduled appointment can be hours long.

I have been seeing Dr. Marjieh for 17 years. Yes the wait time is long and that is because he never turns anyone way. He has been at the office many nights until 7-8 pm seeing patients. This doctor is no way hungry for money. No matter what your bill is he will still see you when sick. He will refer to his Office Manager to discuss your bill and make an arrangement. Of course, anyone asking for money is rude and terrible in the patients eyes, but he is providing a service for the patient which is only fitting they pay for it. The staff is overworked and works long hours. While we are home eating dinner they are still at the office working, making phone calls to patients. This office is a caring office no matter what anyone thinks. I have witness some rude patients yelling at the staff, cursing at them, they should NOT have to put up with that!!, but they do. There are many offices that people say the same terrible things about. Patients look at what they are dealing with! … I will continue to see this doctor NO MATTER WHAT ANYONE SAYS!! Those that write negative things - take a good look at yourself before criticizing and put yourself in their shoes - dealing with cranking people all day long. Have a blessed day......

Our family does not trust anyone else but Dr. Marjieh. My wife and I have seen him for years. There are long wait times it seems as if Dr. Marjieh takes his time with patients and does not just rush them out the door. Seems office staff is under a lot of pressure maybe another employee could help but overall best doctor in town. Office manager has helped when we could not afford. If long wait times pull out phone and get on their WIFI

Dr. Marjieh is very knowledgable and straight forward and I like him. I have been a patient for many yrs. However, some of his staff is unprofessional and seems to be very uncaring for their patients requests, etc. Never returns calls, never follows up on matters, never hardly answers the phones and have a nasty attitude. Can not stand being ignored.

While Dr. Marjieh is great, his office is the worst I have ever encountered. While some of the staff is very nice, the office manager is very unprofessional, making the whole office chaotic and ineffective. Lock office doors randomly, do not answer phone, front desk woman extremely rude, no help -acted annoyed if asked. Every day was groundhog day. Disputed what I told them were doctor's orders- every time was told that would have to talk with doctor. EVERY DAY was the same. Still am waiting to hear from doctor about his orders from 2 weeks ago that the staff ignores.

I have been a patient of Dr. Marjieh’s for many years. He truly cares about his patients. He is Brilliant, and gets right to the facts with you. Completely expains any medication or treatment that he has prescribed for, you and listens to any questions you might have. I have been under his care many times in the hospital. He does everything he can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. He is my Cardiologist and family Dr. I have 100% confidence in him. I highly recommend him.

He seems to be a good doctor, but can be extremely arrogant and obnoxious.
