Dr. Ziyad Bahije Jabaji, MD

I had been having issues for over 7 years that nobody could ever find a definitive solution to. Dr. Jabaji was able to appropriately diagnose, and perform the procedure to resolve the issue that over 5 other doctors were unable to do. He is very professional, always responsive to questions over portal, and is very exceptional with his skills. I would definitely recommend this specialist to anybody who falls within the range of needing healthcare in his field.

On May 26, 2025, I went in for a Colonoscopy because I was experiencing rectal complications. I was later diagnosed with having a Mass of Cancer in my colon. I was immediately referred to the office of Dr. Ziyad Jabaji. From the time that I first set foot in his office, his team was very kind and professional and Dr. Jabaji took immediate action in preparing me for surgery to remove the Cancer Mass from my colon. I received the best of care from Dr. Jabaji and his surgical team as well as his office staff. They checked on me on a daily basis in the hospital to make sure that I received the best of care. I would refer him and his team to anyone who is suffering with complications dealing with cancer. Dr. Jabaji is an excellent Surgeon, and I am happy to report that he did in fact remove all the cancer from my colon, therefore I do not need any further cancer treatments. I have to give Dr. Jabaji and his Team10 Stars!

Dr. Jabaji is an amazing surgeon who goes above and beyond for his patients, and I would 10/10 recommend him. I had medical complications and GI symptoms that seemed so far fetched that even I started doubting whether I was making it up in my head, but he listened to me and validated my concerns as a person by believing me and running the proper scans and tests that gave us data to support what I was experiencing. I had seen multiple specialists at Loma Linda and it wasn’t until my case got inexplicably complicated during one of my hospitalizations that he came into the picture; I was blessed he did. He worked tirelessly on my case, was always very easy to reach by phone, explained test results and scans throughly. I had a complicated surgery and recovery prior to becoming one of his patients, and he took initiative to correct those mistakes and do the process differently than my prior surgeon (i.e. utilize different methods and hypoallergenic materials to reduce inflammation and… allergic reactions). My surgery with him was extensive, but he took his time to make sure it was done the proper way (not the easy way). He literally saved my life and improved my overall quality of life, so much so I joked with him that I would follow him as a patient to any hospital he worked for. Every single member of his staff, from his Medical Assistants to the Surgery Scheduler and Medical Students had amazing things to say about how he was the best doctor they’ve worked under and that he is 1000% committed to his patients. He was respectful, friendly, extremely competent and a Master of his craft who goes above and beyond for his patients.

Over the past year and a half with the exposure that I’ve had with Dr Jabaji, I have found that he makes sound decisions when it comes to my health and is conscientious and has an excellent bedside matter. I would recommend him to anyone who is needing a tentative doctor that possesses his sound qualities.

Dr. Jabaji has operated on me twice and if I needed surgery again, I would go to him with zero hesitation. He is the real deal, as good as it gets. You won't find a more committed doctor than Jabaji. He really cares about his patients and makes sure you have a good understanding about what is being done. He will answer any questions you have with confidence. I can't say enough good things.

I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Jabaji and I can't recommend him enough! From the moment we met, through treatment, surgery and post surgery follow ups he took the time to really listen to my concerns, which made me feel heard and understood. Dr Jabaji is a compassionate and knowledgeable surgeon. My husband was a very difficult case and we were confident in his skills. He takes time to explain procedures. He is a great communicator before, during, and after surgery. He has called many times to check up on him. There has been no complications and recovery is going well.
