Dr. Zoe B Veritas, MD

Staff is unreal. Incredibly rude, incompetent with all things - scheduling is obnoxious (it can take WEEKS to get in, after waiting for way too long to even speak to someone - you will be put on hold for an eternity before anyone even speaks to you). It takes a long wait time once you're there in the office. They (aux. staff who I was sent to after doc looked me over) practice no discretion - discussing treatments/Rx and next steps in an open area in front of other patients and staff. It's a shame b/c it's all been a total turn-off on a GREAT DOC. She was extremely thorough and helpful but it's not sustainable to deal with the practice (for me). Professionally, I can't wait WEEKS with visible skin issues... and I definitely have zero interest personally in tolerating the rude and incompetent behavior from the administrative staff who is there specifically to make these things run smoother for/not be a barrier to engaging with your doc.

In my opion Dr Veritas is a great doctor. She see the problem and remain on board until it was resolved.
