Dr. Zofia Bochacki, MD

The nurses and staff were okay and treated me with dignity and respect BUT the psychiatrist (Dr. Zofia Bochacki) made my experience here a complete nightmare. Unfortunately for me, Dr. Bochahacki had the final say in my treatment and release date. Dr. Bochahacki tried her very best to manipulate/threaten me to admit to having issues that I honestly felt that I did not. She tried to force medicine down my throat that I did not want or need and made unprofessional remarks about my decision. For instance, she told me that if I ever end up at this facility again under her care, she was going to hold me here for a VERY long time (under what basis?!!!). She has no control over her emotions and honestly needs to be evaluated for a VERY long stay here herself. When I say anything that she disagrees with, she rolls her eyes, shakes her head, and makes rude remarks and then apologizes for her behavior. Seriously, she needs to be committed to a mental institute for evaluation. I expect so much… more from someone in this line of work! Learn some humility and don't be so egoistic.

I found Dr. B, as she allow to be called because her last name was a little hard to pronounce, to be a caring Dr. She never made you feel rushed and seemed to genuinely care about how you were feeling. She was very professional as was she also authoritative but caring. I only wish she hadn't had to transfer out of town. And I had to try to find another doctor.
