Dr. Zoha Iqbal

My husband and I were scheduled in the same clinic but mine was 10:50 and his was 12:30, I don’t know why they couldn’t schedule us one after another since we took a day off from work and came all the way from Allen! We arrived at 10:43 and started filling the forms but kept telling us like 4 times with a threatening tone “if you don’t fill the forms in 4 minutes we will have to reschedule you, that was really annoying! We finished it in less than 4 minutes but they still said they’ll have to reschedule you and we were very disappointed because we already had a day off. What got me more confused is that they actually ask for your gender, race and RELIGION!! I really don’t know why. We scheduled for this appointment 3 weeks ago yet they still couldn’t keep their promise. The doctor should really see what’s going on in her office, she might be nice/good doctor but her staff are definitely NOT.

My first visit. I liked Dr Igbal. She was very professional and kind. I will go back to her as needed.

Dr. Iqbal was very professional while still be considerate and patient with me on both the initial interview and with the follow up appointment. The whole staff is considerate and polite. Dr. visits usually give me anxiety but it has been very comforting to go and be treated so pleasant.
