Going to a doctor office for the first time you can become a little uncomfortable. However coming to this Doctor you are greeted with a smile and friendly faces. The staff is very helpful and understanding to all situation. The doctor will give you the best treatment and will back up all of her work. She is by far one of the best doctors in this area and will take her time to make sure you are aware of all that is going and before she leaves the room. She will continue that even after years of being a patient. She has not changed a bit since the first time I have ever stepped foot into her office. She is not in this field for money she is in this for the care and well being of her patients. Your will not regret it if you choose her. That's a fact

I have been with the doctor for 13 years now. She is still the same caring Dr. The staff in the last 2-3 years has been a revolving door. They are rude on the phone and if they are busy will hang the phone up before a patient has a chance to speak to anyone. PLEASE HIRE NEW STAFF!

Just started using her after insurance change. I have found short wait times and a very impeccable DR. Best i have ever used.

My first encounter was working with Dr. Rivera-Hidalgo and noticed her impeccable quality in patient safety, She has always advocated for the highest degree of services to the patients under her care and of those of her peers. It was then that I knew she was the physician for me. Her expertise in internal medicine gives me an opportunity to be cared for by a physician who is extremely knowledgeable about the interlinking of the systems of the body. She is like having your own specialist as your PCP (primary care physician). She spends quality office time in talking with you ablut your general health and the specific problem which brought you in to see her. If she runs slightly behinds it is because she is spending the time that is needed in deliverying the most appropriate care to her patients. In the event you are every in the hospital she comeds to the emeergency room and takes over the emergency management. Dr.Rivera-Hidalgo also comes in every day for follow-up bedside visits. If… she is going to be off she informes you of the physician (whose values are consisitent with hers) who will be covering her and assure you that she has thoroughly discussed your case withthe physician and any particular areas of concern,Similarly, when office followup visits and diagnostic labs are required,Dr. Rivera-Hidalgo provides attention to the results and management you accordingly with medication adjustments and need to be reevaluated in the office.Finally, Dr. Rivera-Hidalgo manages your medication refills with the pharmacist who faxs the RX to be renewed to her and on a weekly basis she renews the medication with the patient having to be aggravated with phone calls to the office. If she needs to see you back in the office before she renew, she will have her office satff to notify you to set up an appointment.P.S.
