Dr. Zubair Ashraf

I was a current patient of Dr. Ashraf when he practices Stillwater Medical Center. As I looked on my patient portal today tears came to my eyes because unfortunately it’s been over a year since he’s drawn any lab work now that he’s no longer associated with the hospital. I’ve been out of my Humira for over a month I’ve called his office and spoke with his nurse is multiple times to try to get samples until the prior authorization on my insurance is complete and I have been able to last week I requested to speak with one of his nurses and have the doctor call me directly I never received a call. I spoken with Dr. Ashraf multiple times in the past directly when I’ve had questions about my rheumatoid arthritis. I have chronic pain and no medication for over a month and now his office staff won’t even return my calls when I call. I really have a hard time believing that this office can have a five star rating.

I had to change doctors due to a change in insurance. Even from my first visit I was impressed with his caring approach. I have now been seeing him for two years and find him to be very through and understanding. My visits are detailed and supportive with lots of fact-finding questions about my life and pain. I have three different kinds of arthritis and fibromyalgia. He considers my health as a whole and has helped me a great deal. I would recommend that you try him; I believe you will like him as much as I do!
