Dr. Zubair Majid Butt, MD

Dr Butt is rude, arrogant, condescending, dismissive and has zero compassion. And those are the good points. He has a terribly inflated ego and will tell you he is the expert. Humility is not his best suit. I sent my records weeks prior to my visit and he never so much as glanced at them. He knew nothing about me or my health issues & did not care to know them; only bits and pieces. Strange.Truly unsettling. A good doctor would be interested. He was flippant and would not listen when I tried to tell him about my health issues. He asked questions that went in circles. I had trouble understanding him. He rolled his eyes when I didn’t know the answer to a medical question. He would not look me in the eye, or even say my name. When I read the report I was aghast! So little truth between what he wrote versus what occurred in that room . Still, I didn’t want to delay treatment. I stayed with him and had another visit. He was overbearing. I had done everything he asked but he never… followed up or gave an opportunity to discuss the previous visit. In the record he stated he had provided counseling which never occurred! The last straw was when he contacted me during work hours outside of his office setting which could not be recorded. There is no record of this conversation in the database because it did not originate from his office. He was very aggressive. This man is a bad actor. Find another provider. He has the potential to use his power to do permanent damage to a patient’s medical record. I do not recommend him for any reason whatsoever.

i am pharmacist 52 years and i suggest that y stay out of the donkey clinic he is out of touch and he is foreigner and cannot read ENGLISH WELL he has problems with his staff and he has no respect of any of the public members since he denies every thing he is asked of and therefore y stay out he can mess up yiu psychology once for good about yiur disease he has no concept what he is talking about andi can cllaenge him in pun=blic 50,000 x give me an amen

this guy is weak inthe brains he do nit have the mental attitude to tret my dog if I had one me pharamcist 52 yers and he could handle my condidtion hne others do over Ithaca ny hospital he needs mental treatments. he donit kniw his drugs he is negative thinker I usually shoot te bul with him and I get what o wana out of him in different ways honestly he do nit kniw drugs acion like I do and his staff knows tat he is sub standard like rest of basset med techs he do nit know drugs honestly I keep one to enjiy my speriorty in my educaions to bull sheet him and bassett all the way toblivian and timbuck too

He does not review lab reports until there is an appointment. He fat shames, makes it look like diabetics are that way because of being fat even though there are plenty of slim diabetics around. Does not give quality advice. Does not listen to patient. Overly long appointments. A real doctor can look at one's fingernails and see if there are additional health issues and order lab tests accordingly. He found out that I have a Vit. D deficiency through a lab report several years ago, and I take supplements, but he did not follow up with an additional Vit. D test to see if the supplements work, fully work. So far, he is the worst doctor I ever had, and I need to find a better doctor. He does fill prescriptions well, but you have to see him every six months. I dislike going to doctors and this makes it worse.

I have seen Dr. Butt for the last 3 or 4 years. I have always felt my concerns were being heard and addressed by him. I have even called the office with questions and instead of a nurse returning my call he does. I feel he is vested in my health and I am thankful for that. Just be prepared that he doesn't sugar coat things, so if your looking for a Dr. that is going to tell you your extra 50lbs is ok.. it's not him.

Very distracted doesn't want to listen to the patient he's got his head in a computer. More interested in scolding his patients then helping them. He can't even read the notes in the computer to prescribe the correct medicine. Had a problem with my feet and he didn't even want to look at them. Caveat emptor!

If you want to waste months of your life he's the man... could care less .. NOR does he take an interest...if he can't figure it out? He makes it up.... writes nasty immature UNTRUE messeges like a 15 year old girl... Has no interest in helping you...a complete waste of time... goes through nurses like water... AND when he gets fustrated .... takes it out on the patient....
