Unprofessional Security guards

Why would uncompassionate Allied Barton security guards in the Episcopal emergency room treat patients like we are not human but animals? Bad enough we come because we are sick...but to be treated as a prisoner or a criminal in order to be seen is horrible. They even removed a mentally ill person to the outside sidewalk in the cold (32 degrees) weather because she wanted to be seen by a doctor and been here for 2 hours with soiled pants. New security guards that treat Patients with respect and like people like the old security guards that used to be here.

Episcopal hospital

I have to say even though they need to upgrade their systems and remodel to make it more friendly this hospital is very nice every time I go in here and their staff are respectful and understanding to your needs and conditions the only problem is is they send you to Temple Hospital if you were being admitted into the hospital and Temple Hospital deserved zero Stars they treat their patients like crap and they literally leave you in the room crying in pain or asking for help they do not care for the call button and they do not care for your well-being do not go to this Hospital worst Hospital ever even the doctors are rude you ask to speak to the doctor and they have the nurses telling them that they don't want to be bothered I was in a room with an attic and they literally allowed her to throw up for hours every 2 minutes and they did not help her at all she ended up walking out and to me they need to be a little bit more sensitive to their well-being and how their mentality is it is a mine alternating substance I'm not making excuses for them I'm just saying that they need to be a little more sensitive when she was walking out she was falling all over the place because she was so weak from throwing up every 2 minutes and they literally told her no Let Her Go Let Her Go she's just going to go back to drugs even if she did it's not your business she came to the hospital to get help and it said understanding that and coming to an understanding you just want to push people around and really don't care all you they care about is the money that being said depending on your insurance is how they treat you so if you have health care through welfare do not go here they will literally will treat you like crap
