POOR ATTENDANT SERVICES TO CROOD

I went to ER today, 01/10/19. The room 'attendant' (male nurse?) was rood and a 'man handler'. Don't know his name, but he stated he'd be on until 1a.m.. My wife snd I checked in around 9:15a.m.. I saw prospective patients come in after me and get seen before me. I finally went back to the desk and asked the clerk who checked me in how their system worked. She stated it wss first come first served with some acceptions. Approximately 5 minutes later I was called to triage. Then procedures speeded up, and I was taken to a ER room promptly. All the staff to this point were professional and courteous. The attending Nurse Practioner, "Wendy" was professional and courteous throughout. The male room attendant was far from it. His attitude reflected a character with something personal being held against me. His entire demeanor was arrogant and he intentionally "man handled" me, THE PATIENT. He 'rough housed' me by grabbing my gown while I kaid prone, on my back, yanking it "viciously" attempting to gain access to under my hispital gown to place the EKG probes. I spoke up pushing him away stating to him that LET ME GET THE GOWN FROM UNDER ME. He literally YANKED me from the bed at least four times with FULL FISTED GRIP ON THE FRONT OF MY GOWN. Further, when he placed the probes onto my body he was no less aggressive. Then, when I was being discharged, he came in and grapped, "FULL FISTED", the entire wire array and "YANKED" the entirety of the wires from my chest. This guy should be swiftly REPREMANDED. Patients are not supposed to be treated this way, I don't care what walk of life they come from. I will not stop here. This is not the first time I experienced ill treatment, as a patient, at this ER. We all need hospital emegency rooms. For the most part we have been blessed by Providence and the medical services we received. One bad apple can spoil the whole lot. This man was a "SPOILER" of the lot.
