My experience

I have had great nurses some wonderful CNAs but there's a few nurses on 9th floor and a few CNAs that are no good I thought highly of this hospital I would defend this hospital. I've been here since January the 16th today is January the 28th 2021 and the cafeteria is horrible when I say horrible horrible from Sandra to Ella to Fabian to their supervisor chuck they suck I refuse to order from the cafeteria from now on for whatever my long stay is or how many other days I have to stay here I rather not eat from this cafeteria because they are so disrespectful they hang up on you they don't even knock on your door all they come do is just drop your food off and leave they don't even ask if you need anything or if everything's okay all they do is just drop off plates they are so disrespectful, they are not kind they are so rude so if you could have family members bring you food from outside I suggest to do that because I will never ever order anything from the cafeteria and those names that I mentioned if you're ever going to stay stay away from this people. cuz the cafeteria is terrible horrible and I don't even rate them I rate them no star with a 0% star. Every single time they got my order wrong then you ask them and then they give you attitude so once again if you could have family members bring you food from outside that's probably the best route because the supervisor has not fixed nothing and once again his name is Chuck he needs some retraining he needs to retrain his people from cafeteria so once again a horrible horrible cafeteria so watch yourself. one day he brought my lunch up we had a conversation the supervisor checked he said he was going to fix it hasn't fixed nothing housekeeping fixed or problems which his name is William Jefferson wonderful supervisor he fixed the problem I'm very grateful. Just be sure that you're alert on the nurses and on the CNAs I could only say for my stay there have been for CNAs that I have enjoyed since my stay. I tell the I tell certain nurses when the IVs in my body that it's wrong and then they just ignore me and then just move it and then just retape it I have been poked seven times since I've been here with IVs that shouldn't happen. but I appreciate the doctors the neurologist awesome therapy people from speech therapy and occupational wonderful and I'm thankful for the good nurses and the few good CNAs I've had a kick out some CNAs and I wouldn't want them back in my room so just be focused on your care.
