Saved me

Dr Young changed my life for the better after local doctors gave up after a brain injury. He had me righted in 2 visits and 6 weeks. He is a super person as well, really cares and spends time with his patients. He's a 10 in my book. He gave me my life back. I am indebted to Dr Young for life.

Even after a grievence review nothing but nonsense.

I received a certified letter regarding my original review complaint. Yet the review and letter didn't touch anything that I complained about. It stated that they reviewed the documentation (I never got to submit any of my documentation) and were sorry for any inconvenience due to miscommunication. Lets start here. Tuesday June 26, 2018, I called with regards to a question regarding getting a Parking Meter Exempt Placard renewed. I had recently seen the doctor with regards to this, and was told in person, no problem, bring it in and it will be filled out. Long story short. I called on 6/26/18, was told it could be filled out by the doctor or her nurse. I had them double check numerous times before going to the office. I was told even if Dr. Sayyad was busy, her nurse Sylvia could fill out the forms. I double and triple checked because I have severe nerve damage to my arms and hands as well as spinal cord damage. I always make sure I'm not going anywhere for nothing. When I got to the office and handed them the forms Sylvia came and told me............sorry, no, the doctor needs to fill this form out. Yet, on the phone when I asked over and over, I was assured that the doctor or her Nurse could fill it out. STRIKE ONE. While there, after being told the doctor needs to fill it out, I asked Sylvia to take the ACTUAL FORM to dr sayyad to make sure she knows who its for (ME) and that it is for the parking meter exempt placard. She came back 10 minutes later to tell me yes, dr sayyad knows who I am, knows my condition, and yes will fill out the parking meter exempt part of the form. At that point, before I went home I said, please call me if there is a problem filling out the parking meter exempt form so I don't drive here again for nothing. I was told yes we'll call you if there is a problem. My name and phone number were on the placard form as well as a not attached to call me if there was any problem with filling the form out. Forget the nonsense of the Certified Letter. When I was sitting in the office. When the nurse supposedly took the form to dr sayyad. That is when this issue should have ended. The reality is either Dr Sayyad just didn't pay attention to the question from her nurse Sylvia, or she gave negligent information when she said yes I'll fill this out, which is extremely disturbing, OR nobody ever really talked to Dr. Sayyad about the parking meter exempt placard at all and I was just fed a line of BS. Either or, when the patient is sitting right there in the office, and the person behind the desk makes claims on the doctors behalf, they should be accurate. When the Nurse takes the ACTUAL FORM ( While the patient is sitting there) to the doctor and comes back 15 minutes later and verifies that everything is good to go. The doctor will fill out the form. If there is a problem, while the patient is sitting there.......that is the time to let them know. NOT LIE. How many senior citizens have called with medication problems or other problems, and because there are so many people that can't be trusted to do their many people have been hospitalized over the so called miscommunications. Maybe its time for CBS Investigates to look into this.
