I have already written one review on how shoddy I was treated on June 8, 2018, in th Cleburne emergency room. It was early morning when I arrived. I would guess 7 or 8. I have tried to respond to the owner, but it did not go through. So, for the owner, you have the date now, and where I was. I tried to email you, but it didn't go through. I 'want' you to speak with my daughter and husband, and I want you to know, that the man with the white hair, and a nurse, we're very rude to me. I was basically told to shut up and deal with it, only they said it different, but that's what they meant. I was treated like a junkie. I followed post op instructions and I know when there is a problem. I was taken to surgery when Dr Frano finally arrived. This is the first time I have ever been treated with such disrespect and disregard, there, or anywhere. I was "judged" and not treated. I know doctors have emergency phone numbers. My doctor "couldn't" be reached. Really???? I was not dressed well and my hair was a mess. I had just had surgery and fashion was not my priority. Because I have several issues with my back and have a "pain control" dr, they assumed I was a junkie, and he was treating me for addiction, which is not true. They "assumed" I had consumed so much hydrocodone, it would do no good to try to help me. They assumed I was immune to it. My white blood count was high, I was beyond level 10 pain, and that indicates a problem. My surgeon knew that, and took me to surgery, when she finally got there. I blame them and do not recommend you use Cleburne Emergency if you arent pretty, well dressed, and are in pain. I truly needed emergency help and they didn't agree. I got there in the morning and my Dr didn't get there till 2 in the afternoon. I am glad I didn't die. They wouldn't send me to a room. They just ignored me as good as they could. I don't remember anybody being polite, except the nurse who came to start the port for the iv. I am not a junkie. I was not seeking morphine. I needed help. Something was wrong. Yes, I needed to be medicated, but for a reason. Nobody believed that.
