This hospital has poor service they have you in the emergency 12 to get a blood transfusion and still waiting as l type. The charge nurse, nurses, security and all have an attitude, can't give you no type of time frame njust let you sit in here and die. I wouldn't send my dog ๐Ÿถ there want to call fox 13 Memphis๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž๐Ÿ˜ž

Rude and unknowledgable office manager

On April 20, 2020, I took my wife to 1325 Eastmoreland for pre admissions tests before her surgery. She can barely walk and I was pushing her in a chair. Office mgr. (She said her name was Agnes) wouldn't even acknowledge us until she got done shuffling papers and then informed me I couldn't stay(because of covid 19). Couldn't even wait in waiting room. Said it was hospital policy. When I said my wife was unstable on her feet, she told me they would push her. When I went down stairs, I found out that was not hospital policy. So, not only was she rude, she lied. She should not be interfacing with the public with her attitude. Nor should she hold a position of responsibility at the hospital, not knowing policy and procedures.

I Hate It Here

Ambulance told me am showing sign of a heartattach that was at 12 its 3:21 and I haven't been seen I done even call and ask for the person who run the e.r. still no response this is pitfull and a dam sham e

unable to reach by phone

I called the main hospital number twice and was on hold for an operator over 5 minutes each time. Terrible customer service if you cant contact by phone.

Problem with Transplant Unit

Ms Darlene Reed called us on Thursday, 18 April 2019 at 3:30pm to inform my wife that she is no longer authorized to visit the Transplant Team due to not acceptance if Tri-Care Insurance. But, she (Connie Smith) has been to toMethodist two times before with same team and no problems . It is a fact that Methodist accepts Tri-Care insurance and so does University of Tennessee of Medical Sciences. Connie was scheduled again for appointments on Monday, 22 April 2019, but Transplant Team called her back and canceled due to non acceptance of Tri-Care !! Something is bad wrong, especially when she was accepted originally, then canceled !! Harlin Smith.... sponsor & spouse of Connie Smith Telephone...662-640-9773
