What is HCAHPS?

Worst hospital ever. My sister in law was due to give birth to her first child on Tuesday but she started feeling pains since Saturday so she decided to head to the hospital and see if she was okay. When she got there she was "checked in" and "treated" and they said she was fine and that she should just go home and come back tomorrow to prep her for labor. She came back early the next day and the doctors checked her and said the baby lost its pulse and that she sadly passed away. After that they didn't do anything. It's been 3 days and she is still in the hospital and the doctors haven't done anything to her . They told her instead of a c section she will give regular birth but they still haven't tried to attend her or help her threw this she has been fighting with both the loss of her first child that is still inside of her and the pains that are coming from her body. Please don't ever go to this hospital to give birth.

My sister in law was suppose to give birth Tuesday but she was feeling pains since Saturday morning and she thought It was time for her to give birth so she went to this hospital. Worst decision ever. Saturday she got there and she was " checked in "and "treated" and they said she was fine and that she should just go home and wait till the next day to prepare her for labor. She came back the next day and the doctors told her the baby lost the pulse and that she passed away. It has been 3 days and the doctors still have her in the hospital and not doing anything at all and the baby is still inside. They don't want to give her a c section to take the baby out instead they want her to give regular birth when there is no reason to if the baby lost her pulse and they are just letting my sister in law suffer with pains instead of treating her and helping her get threw this. Worst hospital ever please don't ever come here.
