Mortified by the care

If I could give this place a 0 I would. First off they took somewhere WILLINGLY out of network and then literally wanted to kick them out to the street when they were done with them. They say they do physical therapy, they bill for it and don’t, the person has now developed foot drop and may need surgery. They weren’t moving someone in a vegetative state around and they developed an abscess, never changed a catheter after 3 WEEKS, the patient lost 20 pounds in a 3 week stay here and to top it all off had bruising all over them. The “CEO” Bryn is completely disrespectful and so is there social worker who must get a kick back to transfer someone out to a nursing home that’s been rated 0.

Very bad nursing services

The nurses could care less about their patients. They dropped my Father in law on the floor attemping to transfer him to a wheelchair. A nurse named Alyssa is a horrible nurse treated my Father in law like he was 5 years old. She informed all of us that the nurses at this facility do not provide patient care "during shift change". Seriously?

Great Experience

I was sent there following a surgery to remove Bone infected with MERSA courtesy of Utah Valley Hospital Wound Care! The Doctors and staff take the utmost precautions to prevent spreading anything to another patient! I was treated with respect & staff as well as physical therapy were well trained & professional.I can not remember the I think case worker there but She was great to Me as well.I haft to have neck and hand surgeries soon & as I live alone and am a paraplegic I am going to beg to be sent there again until I am able to care for Myself.I cannot say enough good about this place considering no one truly want to be in a hospital for an extended period of time
