If I could give no stars I would I hadn't eating anything all day the ambulance picked up and brought me here when I ask for something to eat I was denied and the the nurse want me to take pain meds on a empty stomach. So I'm in pain and hungry but I got to pay 600 something dollars to get this treatment

One Star

Some staff members of the emergency room are nice. However, the number of rude emergency personnel makes this Emergency room experience A nightmare. My brother is a Doctor and he would never be so rude to patients. A few of the doctors and nurses act like patients are a nuisance . In fact I have come to realize which ones are mean. The lack of compassion from a few Doctors is totally mind-boggling behavior from a health professional Who is suppose to care about a patients well-being. I am so disgusted by a doctor’s lack of compassion for a person who has Asthma and multiple diseases as well. If that person needs supportive medical care When doctors offices are closed, And the family is concerned about The persons well being and health , they have every right to take them to the emergency room without being told they don”t need to be there. And frequent visits for medical conditions and heart condition concerns should not be thrown in their face. I am very intelligent and if my relative is having tachycardia, an asthma attack that occurred before asthma was diagnosed by a doctor , therefore needed emergency room care , I am not going to be told I am taking my relative to the er too much . That comment from s doctor is stupid if the look st the medical conditions and facts. Maybe if this doctor had a heart condition of his own he wound keep his mouth shut. The last time I checked this was not North Korea and if I am worried about my loved one , I have every right to bring them to the emergency room to check on their health without being told we shouldn’t be there. If I was a millionaire I would buy that hospital And fire the bullies that need to get over themselves and replace them with more highly qualified doctors who have a kind heart and compassion for people who are very ill. I am tired of pompous doctors That act like my relative should stay home if having tachycardia , fainting , shortness of breath and heart condition. If this harassment continues. I just might report them. Appalling behavior. And medical records are not always recorded accurately.

About the emergency room

When visiting the emergency room , we always make the doctor aware of medical conditions that we have. I honestly wish that a few of the doctors would keep that in mind that a medical condition could be aggravating a new problem or The medical condition could be Causing the problem and distress for the patient. Some of the doctors are wonderful and care But some doctors I think really miss the mark. If the docs aren’t familiar with the disease maybe they should do some research so they can better help the patients. I’ve done my research to help my Relative and I am not a doctor. But, the more you know about a subject the more you can help someone when they are in bad distress at the emergency room. That is just my opinion. Remember their medical conditions .

Not impressed

we have visited this er on numerous occasions over the years and continue to notice the same problem with this hospital, rudeness to patients. I can’t fathom why doctors or nurses would be rude to someone who fieels so ill. That is really a low blow, it’s like kicking someone when they are down. It is the meanest. I know we are not the only ones who feel this way because we have read other reviews about the rude staff in the er . This problem has been going on for years and still hasn’t”r been corrected. It is bullying and bullying people when they are down. That is so mean people. We have been very nice when seen at the er and there is no excuse for their behavior. Granted there have been times when doctors or nurses have been nice. However, I do feel that some doctors feel like the patients are an inconvenience to them. I really believe that, we have felt that on many occasions. I find it hard to imagine why it is difficult for some people to be nice . I have the most respect for doctors and nurses. I just wish kindness was present more in the er especially when patients are feeling their worst.
