Abysmal, horrid, DEATH SENTENCE(Literally I was poisoned by this hospital) no accountability what so ever!

My comment is the following a letter of what this hospital did to me and how they lied and tried to deny what they've done. Ruined my business and ruining my life: On 12/11/2018 I was granted and hoping to have a complete right hip replacement. My hip was close to bone on bone. I had planned to take three months off to heal from my business of deep therapeutic tissue massage that took me seventeen years to build and was very popular and I have letters from my clients who are furious that I had to close. The surgery was preformed in Truckee C.A, at Tahoe Forest Hospital and Dr. Jefferey Dodd who I have now turned into the state of C.A. and he's had many more complaints than just me. He's being investigated now. He's paid ex patients $31,000.00 each I know this due the fact when I contacted the state of C.A. medical board that is an option. If a patient is paid that amount or lower the incident is not reported. I didn't not take any kind of pay I reported him. The surgery was completed in thirty five minutes a complete right hip replacement the reason I know how fast is due to my parents being shocked on how fast Dr. Dodd came out and said she's done it was thirty five minutes later. I was held over night and released back to my house in Reno, NV on 12/12/2018. The evening of 12/14/2019 around 7p.m. I was in my living room my mother was with me as I was healing. I was simply sitting in a chair and all of a sudden my hip went into a painful body dropping spasm. I seized and slid to the floor. Then I started screaming for about fifteen minutes. I was laying on the floor hoping my right hip would calm down to no avail this was not happening. My mom called EMS when they came into my house two men had to help me felt my hip and said “Her hip is dislocated she has to go to Saint Mary's Hospital”. I was rushed to Saint Mary's an E.R. Doctor came up to me and said we are going to put you under and perform a closed reduction. Basically he put me under and pulled me hip hoping it would go back into place. When I woke up later that night I was laying in a hospital room and I felt my hip go out again. Hospitalist Judd Anders came in the next morning and said we are keeping you for observation with no idea of when I would become released. The third day two physical therapists came into my room and thought I should walk. I did and when I got up to get out of bed with help to get the walker I screamed and told them this doesn't feel right. They still made me walk and it was excruciating. I did this for about twenty minutes in the hallway. I laid back down. These therapists came back everyday until 12/19/2018. The new P.T. That came in that morning looked at my walk, the pain I was in and said directly to me, “You need to get off that hip I am sending you to x-ray now”. She called Dr. Dodd's office found out he was on vacation and his partner told her he had no interest in seeing me and maybe when Dr. Dodd got back he could look at me in another two weeks. That P.T. looked at the x-ray called Dr. Anders they called R.O.C. Clinic in Reno N.V. Dr. Micheal O'Mara said we have to do another closed reduction on you tonight your hip is completely dislocated again. The night of 12/19/2018. He then ordered my feet be tied and wrapped all night and most of the next day. When my feet where untied my hip dislocated again. Saint Mary's still held me and said I wasn't going anywhere. On 12/23/2018 I was informed by Dr. O'Mara that he couldn't do a second replacement due to the hospital's tables for hip replacement he doesn't work on. His partner Dr.Chad Watts does. Due to the Christmas holiday he wasn't available until 12/26/2018 at 6P.M. It was done. His surgery took two hours. When he was done he told my parents and then later told me he took every single part of what Dr Dodd put in he said the rods were way too small and not enough. The ball in the joint space was way to small all of the parts had to be discarded. There was one more major complication. When he had me on the table about twenty minutes in he found a massive infection in my hip (I had no infection before the first surgery) it exploded due the fact he had to dig it out. Took a skin culture and found I now have contracted two major life long bacterium. Anaerobic Diptheriods and Bacillus S.P.P. I was put on I.V. Antibiotic drip until I was released on 12/28/2018. Dr. Watts immediately sent me to see infection disease specialist Dr. Raymond Swartz. He said on 1/ 2/2019 he told me he wanted me on a PICC line for almost seven weeks to start combating these diseases. I was scared out of my mind. I had never had I.V. Antibiotics in my life. A PICC line was put in my arm on 1/6/2019 at Norther Nevada Medical Center by Dr. Lucky and later that day I.V. Antibiotics for seven weeks. As soon as I was taken off the line I now have to take four oral antibiotics daily, indefinitely for life. I asked Dr. Swartz where he believed I contracted two bacterium in his notes and told me from the first surgery. Tahoe Forest Hospital at first started to take blame . They asked me to write a detailed explanation of what's happened I wrote my letter and all documents that happened after the dislocation and another complete hip replacement in less than two weeks. The minute they read all my evidence Tahoe Forest wanted to meet with me. I did with my husband and my mom took me seriously and then realized what they did and started to back out and claim they had nothing to do with the dislocation or the diseases they gave me. I turned the hospital and Dr. Dodd into the state of CA which is now being investigated. In mid March R.O.C. had me in physical therapy with P.T. David Thompkins. I went twice a week for almost two months and one day my right hip started locking up again. Dave thought my hip had dislocated he immediately that day in late April 2019 took me back to Dr. Watts. X-ray my hip and found it was fine and in place. Dr. Watts suggested I see Dr. David Arrize their injection specialist I did after two injections my hip was not responding. Dr. Watts then sent me Dr. Micheal Kallisvart. He informed me that due to all the trauma you need to have the Illiopsoas tendon head cut out due to severe inflammation limiting your hip movement and function. Another major surgery. One 7/16/2019 Dr. Kallisvart did the tendon head removal. I was to recover for over a month. I had a visit with his P.A. Sarah a month later and told to try P.T. About two weeks later. I did and after the tendon surgery and ever since and even right now that area cramps sometimes all day and night. Sometimes dull however it's cramping right now. Due to all of this I have completely lost my business it is gone. My pain is constant and it effects every single thing I do day and night. Before the entire surgery I've been seeing Dr. Kenneth Thunder a pain control Dr. who's been working with me. He' s seen everything that's happened and has stuck with me helping me try to manage this pain. Dr. Kalissvart informed me that P.T. Might be to intense due to pain and cramping and to go back to Dr. Thunder and ask him what he feels will help stop this pain or try to majorly alleviate it. Dr. Thunder's tried many different things for this cramping. The one real thing he believes as do I will help with my pain. This is still a painful, tender, crippling torment that won't stop. After what Tahoe Forest Hospital and Jeffery Dodd have done to me which is incredibly irresponsible They also charged my insurance company $50,000.00. Saint Mary's charged my insurance $217,000.00. R.O.C. Dr. Kallisvart charged I believe $5,000.00. Numerous other charges that have gone along with everything. Copay's and what I owe have broken me financially along with the antibiotics I have no choice in taking. I've had to pay the price and R.O.C. Their extremely capable physicians and Dr. Thunder's expertise they've fought for me and I trust them. Between being given diseases and my life turned upside down and I've lost almost everything. Thank you TAHOE FOREST HOSPITAL, you've ruined everything and take no accountability for anything corrupt and dishonest.
