The HCAHPS survey is administered to a random sample of adult patients across medical conditions between 48 hours and 6 weeks after discharge; the survey isn't restricted to Medicare beneficiaries. You can learn more here.
*CMS has created the HCAHPS Star Ratings in order to enable consumers to more quickly and easily assess the patient experience of care information that is provided on the Hospital Compare Web site. Star ratings also allow consumers to more easily compare hospitals.

Mohammed is refusing to go back and to look at it so I'm going to be filing a lawsuit because now I don't know who medication that he's given to me
Case Management at West Houston Hospital on Richmond.

Please be careful when you are assigned a case manager at this hospital. I was assigned the most incompetent case manager I have ever had. Beware of Tracy Kam. She is a Past Nurse and needs to go back to being some kind of nurse because she will care nothing about your needs when you leave the hospital. if you are unfortunately assigned to her, take notes so that if you need you will have them. In my case, she in no way was an advocate and I was concerned about her competence and abilities. I see why they found her another job outside of nursing, but she seems lacking in both as she will not take care of your best interests. Beware! Request someone else.

It was horrible, the person who attends you to register you has no ethics to treat patients, it seems we owe him something, they do not ask you anything my condition was serious it hurt and it was difficult for me to swallow I had a rash all over my body, it was practically empty, but the Man, I didn't even see you, when I saw that no one there was doing to ask me (there were two more chatting and looking at the computer) when I thought it was my turn I sat down and the person ignored me after a while he told me to wait sitting down. , I never looked at myself, it was like half an hour more when he finally deigned to register me, after a while a nurse arrived, he treated me with little patience and in a hurry I explained I do not answer he told me to sit outside and more nothing, those who arrived last I went inside the ER I never happened, a doctor never saw me. Graduates had already passed three hours and they gave me in a hurry when they saw that I was looking at the patient rights paper looking for a phone for some pills, then Almost an hour passed and I don't know who gave me a sheet to go to the pharmacy and that was all, I left with pain and anger and when I read the paper of what I said to the nurse, he did not put what I said. , I think he saw me, I look and then he would say this comes from a simple allergy, I did not go because my body was full of welts, itit was difficult for me to swallow and the temperature was rising according to the paper they saw me twice, lie, they never did it ever Go through that door, so check your staff there you go for ailment and you pay, you are not giving away anything and if so, either.
