Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life !!!!!! Went to emergency with extremly swollen feet and ankles. Was eventually seen by a person who called himself a doctor (Dwight Phelps) wh mio not only did NOTHING BUT HAD THE UNMITIGATED AUDACITY TO TELL ME I HAD A LOT OF NERVE COMING THERE FOR SUCH A MINOR ISSUE. would not go there again if I was dieing.

Failed to control my pain made me suffer

I had sepsis/severe toxic shock. I had an open wound on my heel. I had surgery on my arm twice to remove an infected fistula. I was in a lot of pain and both my doctor and palliative failed to give me anything but Tylenol for weeks. I waited to long to get my medication, meals, and to be cleaned. Staff failed to see I was bleeding internally for weeks gave me a blood transfusion instead of finding the problem.

I had a couple of fabulous nurses but the Anastheologist brought in a young woman who had NEVER done a spinal before. He allowed her to keep trying and she couldn't hit the spot. My back looks like a pincushion. The pain was excruciating. I have had numerous spinals for surgery and Never in my life have I gone through any pain when getting it until yesterday. A slight poke and then numb. I never go back there. I will go to Naples from now on even if I have to change Drs. 😖

Worst ER Experience I’ve Ever Had!

Absolutely horrific time at the ER last night. Waste of time and money and I was having heart and possible stroke issue. Left sitting for over 6 hours. Not one nurse came to check on me or look at my vitals, during this time I had a episode with my heart skipping and blood pressure spiking and nobody even looked plus we had to tell the Dr what happened and he didn’t even care. Not a word. This is the worst ER experience I have ever had and I do not recommend anyone with heart problems or any problem to go here! Absolutely horrible! The only kind person was the guy that checked us out and took our money. Never again.
