WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
Self-verified patient of North Central Baptist Hospital - Posted on November 22nd, 2019
First off, I am only giving 1 star for the nursing staff going out of their way to console me after my life threatening experience where I decided any other hospital would would have been better anywhere else to deliver because of my baby still fighting for his life returning back to the hospital after the third time because CPS thought taking him away was better than being with his family. Mind you, I had & am still struggling today with legal problems for deciding that undergoing an E C-section at the North Central Baptist at 502 Madison Stone Oak on October 22, 2019 because of what later learned is placenta previa was not only a big mistake because of the ill treatment amongst numerous reasons I am still receiving bills to take care of on my own even after giving all my personal information including my insurance information during registration,..etc At present, I am & still have been anemic to start out with during my prenatal care & did everything right or so I thought until I overheard some of the nurses who were unattentive, not friendly, who were not present at all for the other paitents during my stay at NC Baptist whom I did not luckily have the experience with those people. In the beginning of first intial stay where those nurses did exist, I forgotten there may have been also in cahoots with the other staff which I had actually assigned to me. Yes, nurses during my first two days surprised me by their over support & encouragment of my plan of my breastfeeding goals YET after my delivery on the third or fourth day, case managment staff at the 502 Madison Stone Oak North Central Baptist Hospital kept myself & my baby longer in the hospital for over a week because of case managment assigned to me meddling in my medical records. After three female caseworkers visited me to tell me nothing but waste my time, Jordan Cuellar turns out to be not only one of their staff at the hospital that is considered to be a case manager, is also assigned to me as a CPS investigator who insisted to speak with me alone which reluntantly happened because I was told if I didn't things would turn out worse for me! WOW!!! So as it turns out, case managment kept my baby in the NICU 8 days against medical reason so forced me to stay after my discharge date. My first initial meeting w/ Catherine McKeown the hospital's case manager was rude for herself to walk in my room immediatly after without waiting for a response. Second day, she confronted me out in the hallway w/out people around to discuss w/ me my legal personal life outloud for anyone to hear.., plus she left on vacation after she must of called CPS because of her outright rude behavior & remarks! She really had the nerve to follow me where I already knew I'd seen her before somewhere so I think she visits any hospitals doing this all the time! The next day, she confronts me in the hallway openly discloses sensitive information of what she thought she knew about me & personalizes it openly outloud for anyone to hear. She stampered foot after me after I said, few words to leave to visit NICU. Not only did she try to embarrasse me, she insisted on following me to the NICU where they kept my baby longer than the fourth day where he was already off weaned oxygen. She stood there & literally hovered over me like an astranged alien who never visited Earth & glared at me as though she thought she was upon my visit w/ the nurse there on staff was to interrupt my breastfeeding my son. A good amount of TIME passed. As I look up from where I sitting down she glared at US for a very LONG TIME making it ovious I needed the conference room the following day after she took off for vacation with out hearing from Emily Sparks, Senior Manager that never returned my phone call. Jordan Cuellar tried to take pictures of my son two days before they took him only a week of life being forced separated from me while looking up my information on a laptop after postpartum 3-4 days E CS mind you, being treated for pain medication I didn't consent to! Anyway, nightmare continues with everyone because of these people only & unfortunately give no ratings because I'd rather of died from loss of blood than waste my time & precious energy of my loved ones to go through with this ever again! At least not for anyone but my son who I will call JoJo whom I thank nobody but the Good Lord who saves.., Please, please if your thinking about delivering here consider other many other options!
