Don’t trust what they told you, this provider keeps on lying. I had a routine eye exam but the hospital charged medical eye exam to me. I immediately contacted the doctor's office, and was told that they will fix the problem by changing the claim code. A new bill for routine eye exam was shown up in their system after 2 days but it changed back to medical exam charge later. I called billing department, and was told that it takes 30-45 days for the change to complete. I waited, but nothing happened. I contacted them again and also demanded a letter to ensure that change was actually made. They promised me I could receive the letter in two weeks. After a month, nothing was changed and I didn’t received the letter. I contacted them again and they told me that the letter was sent electronically to my account, but there is no such letter in my account. I then contacted consumer relation department. After that, they sent me aback-dated letter only saying they made no changes ! A lady… in the consumer relation called me to hear my story and promised me to call back after the weekend. She never did after several weeks. I couldn’t believe they lied multiple times. Cannot be trusted at all. Don’t go there.
